Activation
Go to the My Account section, choose Subscription and then choose Select for your chosen plan level. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Trial vs. Active Accounts
Both trial and active accounts have identical features and functionality. The only difference is payment status:
- Trial accounts are free for evaluation purposes
- Active accounts are paid subscriptions
A trial typically lasts 30 days before becoming dormant (inactive). When an account becomes dormant:
- You will lose access to the system
- Admin users who attempt to log in will see an activation option
- Data is typically deleted after a brief grace period
Activating Your Trial Account
Admin Users Only
To convert your trial to an active subscription:
- Log in with an account that has administrative permissions
- You’ll automatically see activation options if your trial has expired
- Follow the prompts to enter payment information
- Your account will immediately become active with all data preserved
Cancelling Your Subscription
Admin Users Only
To cancel your active subscription:
- Log in with an administrative account
- Navigate to the Account section
- Select “My Account”
- Choose the “Close Account” option from the left menu
- Follow the confirmation steps

Note: If you need to cancel but don’t have admin access, please contact our support team. We’ll need to perform security verification before processing your cancellation request.
